Maintenance questions

What counts as "reactive" maintenance?

Anything that breaks between planned visits: a tripped board, failed lighting, a dead socket circuit, an emergency light that won't charge. You report it, we fix it. That is as opposed to planned maintenance, which is scheduled testing and inspection.

We're a letting agent. Can you cover a whole portfolio?

Yes, that's the most common arrangement we run. One number for your property managers, agreed rates across the portfolio, and the certificate or job report emailed per property so your compliance records stay clean.

Do we need a contract to use you?

No. The rates on this page are available to any business: £90 callout including the first hour, £50 an hour after that, £400 for a full day. Regular clients simply get an account, so every callout is one phone call with no paperwork per job.
