Electrician prices in Hereford

Most trades make you phone around just to learn what a job roughly costs. Here's our actual price list. Guide prices, honest ones. Every job gets a free written quote before any work starts, so the number you agree is the number you pay.

Prices exclude VAT. Minimum charge for any job: £90, which covers the first hour.

Pricing questions

Are these prices fixed?

They're honest guide prices, not teaser rates, and most jobs come in at the figure shown. Anything bigger than a straight swap gets a free written quote first, and the written quote is fixed.

Do prices include materials?

Supply-and-fit prices (like extractor fans and fuseboards) include standard materials. Where your choice of fitting changes the cost (a £30 light versus a £300 one) we price the labour and you pick the fitting, or we supply it at cost.

Is VAT included?

Prices exclude VAT. Your written quote states the total including any VAT before you commit to anything.

Why is there a minimum charge?

Driving to you, diagnosing the fault and doing the job safely takes real time even when the fix is small. £90 covers the visit and the first hour, and if we can fix two small things in that hour instead of one, we will.
