The short, honest version of how we do business.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are free and given in writing. Prices on our price list are guides; your written quote is the figure that counts, and it excludes VAT unless it says otherwise. If we discover extra work mid-job, we tell you and agree a price before doing it.
Callouts
The minimum charge for a callout is £90, which includes the first hour on site, then £50 an hour for work under a day. Materials are charged at cost and agreed before fitting.
Certification
Work that requires certification receives it, emailed to you, and notifiable work is notified to building control under Part P. TR Electrical is an NICEIC Approved Contractor and fully insured.
Payment
Invoices are issued on completion and payable as stated on the invoice. Larger projects may be staged, agreed in the written quote.

Tell us and we come back. Our reputation is 67+ five-star reviews earned one job at a time, and we intend to keep it that way.
