Do I need solar panels to benefit from a battery?
No. On an off-peak tariff a battery can charge cheaply overnight and discharge at peak times. Solar improves the sums but is not required, and if you are thinking about solar too, talk to us about that at the same time.
How do I know if it is worth it for us?
