Is any job too small?
No. The £90 minimum visit covers the first hour, and if we can fix two small things in that hour instead of one, we will. Save up your niggles and hand us the list.
Do you certificate everything?
Everything that needs it. Notifiable work goes to building control under Part P, and test certificates are emailed to you. That is the point of using an NICEIC Approved Contractor.
