Questions we get asked
How often does emergency lighting need testing?
A brief monthly function test and a full-duration annual test, both recorded. Most businesses are fine at the monthly bit and behind on the annual one, which is the one the fire risk assessor asks to see.
Do HMOs need emergency lighting?
Larger HMOs and those with higher-risk layouts generally do, and the council licence conditions will say so. If you are unsure what your licence requires, send it to us and we will quote exactly that.
Due a test, or failed one?
Call us with your site address and what your fire risk assessment says. We'll quote the gap between the two.
